One-on-One Support: Personalised attention can be key in your mental health journey. We offer individualised support programs, working closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that cater to their specific needs. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
Family Support: We understand the importance of family in your mental health journey. Our Family Support service offers confidential group sessions led by experienced wellbeing practitioners. Education Sector Support: The wellbeing of educational professionals is crucial for a thriving learning environment. We offer support to the education sector, addressing the mental health needs of educators. Our services aim to improve the overall mental wellbeing of education teams, which in turn enhances the quality of education delivered.
Corporate Wellbeing: In the corporate world, the mental health of employees is paramount. We offer tailored support to companies, focusing on the wellbeing of their staff. This includes Emergency Support for employees facing health challenges, featuring a 7-week programme based on pillars of wellbeing. Additionally, we assist internally with monthly meetings and support plans for staff requiring ongoing assistance.
