Fitness Instructor & Founder
Ryan is a fitness enthusiast with a variety of qualifications in various thoughts.
He started Personal Growth to provide a place for people of all abilities who love fitness as much as he does.

Emily Hall
Health & Wellbeing Associate
Emily will be providing mental health and wellbeing support alongisde Tony.
Her focus will be working with women & new parents.

Tommy Frank
British Professional Boxer & Instructor
Tommy is a British professional boxer who made his debut in 2016.
He’ll be leading boxing sessions, applying his wealth of knowledge and experience to help you become the best you!

Daniella Jackson
Yoga Instructor
Daniella is 500hr qualified Yoga Master and teacher of Vinyasa, Yin, Nadra and Chair Yoga.

Sarah Nash
Personal Trainer
Sarah is a personal trainer and brings a wealth of experience. Not just excellence in personal training but with strength and conditioning, she is an expert to help you get the very best out of every session.

Stacey Hall
Mental Wellbeing
Stacey is part of the wellbeing team, working with adults and children, Stacey covers bereavement, trauma, general wellbeing. Using techniques such as Art therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, for younger children she offers Art therapy / Play Therapy and Lego Therapy.

Monday-Friday: 6.30am – 9.30pm
Saturday: 9am – 11.15am
Sunday: 9am – 11.15am
